After hearing growing concerns from residents, I’ve conducted research into speeding across Shenstone and recently hosted a community coffee morning to discuss the issue. It's clear that many feel the village roads are unsafe — particularly for children, older residents, and pedestrians. Introducing a 20mph speed limit would be a simple but vital step to improve safety, reduce accidents, and protect our community.
